Day 14 – Your favourite scene or moment from a video game
That beautiful light beam over your head that turns into a tree when you go up a level in LOTRO.
The picture is of my human champion Erindien arriving at level 40… She is 58 now… ^^ By that time I still didn’t know how to take good prints from the game, and my resolution and definition were low because my computer didn’t have a GPU… =P
LOTRO: The Rise of Isengard trailer
On monday the new expansion pack from LOTRO came out… It was a cruel evening, taking hours to be able to connect… Eventhough my highest-leveled character is only 53 (Isengard increased the maximum level from 65 to 75) and for that I am not able to enter Isengard yet, everybody get excited about major updates! And doesn’t this trailer makes your hair stand on air?
I was also curious to see what else was new, since they always take advantage of these major updates to change/ upgrade other things, turns out all changes were great, skills, legendary weapons, crafting, all were updated!
LOTRO reunion!!!
Okay, I have already mentioned that I play LOTRO. This Sunday, a few members from the “Herdeiros de Valinor” kinship met at “Cervejaria Nacional” in São Paulo.
First of all, about my kinship collegues, OMG! You guys are so funny!!! I loved to be able to meet (in person) all of you!!
Now, I had never been to Cervejaria Nacional, since it’s quite new, but it’s a very interesting place, comfortable, agreeable, spacious, and what’s more, which is kind of rare in Brazil, they brew their own beer! That is amazing! They have five types of beer (Weiss, Pilsner, Pale ale, Ale, and Dark), all named after Brazilian folkloric stories. Not only they are good because they produce it there, but also because in Brazil we generally just have Pilsner beer, sometimes Dark and seldom Weiss, but Pale ale and Ale are really rare (and they are my favorite kind)!! And of course, the food is really good as well. So, why did we decide to meet there? Well, because one of our senior members is… One of the partners of Cervejaria Nacional!! And another works there… Thank you guys for making this “kincounter” an unforgettable event! So for all of you who have the chance, I do recommend paying a visit to Cervejaria Nacional! It’s totally worth it!
